Due Diligence
REIS Associates LLC provides an experienced due diligence team that is adept at handling acquisitions and dispositions of all types of commercial product types – office, retail, industrial
and land.
The due diligence team is led by Frank Staats, who has over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate. Mr. Staats was Vice President/General Manager for Houston Center, a 4.2 million sf mixed use development in Houston CBD for 15 years. As General Manager of Houston Center, he was responsible for an annual operating budget of $115 million of revenue, $50 million of operating costs and $26 million of capital expenditures and tenant improvements.
Debbie Patterson has worked over 30 years in the commercial real estate industry responsible for pre-acquisition due diligence, dispositions of assets, environmental remediation and
regulatory closure.
Prior to joining REIS, Debbie was a Senior Associate with Lionstone Investments handling similar duties. Debbie previously was a Vice President with JPMorgan Chase Bank. In her 24 year tenure with Chase, Ms. Patterson handled pre-foreclosure due diligence and environmental due diligence for Commercial Real Estate Loans and Managed Assets.

REIS Associates LLC provides full service accounting and financial reporting services with a team that is experienced in CTI, MRI, Kardin and other popular software packages. The team can assist with conversions, budgeting, forecasting, Argus updates, monthly reporting, due diligence and
lease compliance.
Deborah Alaniz leads the accounting and financial reporting services team. She has over 25 years experience with Crescent Real Estate, CBRE, Heitman, JMB, Pinchot Interests and Lionstone Investments. She has experience with office, retail and industrial. Construction Management
REIS Associates LLC provides an experienced construction management team that is adept at handling all types of projects and commercial product types – office, retail, data centers, parking garages, medical and industrial.
The due diligence team is led by Tom Moore, who has over 25 years experience in the commercial real estate. Mr. Moore has managed over 150 projects with an estimated value of $56 million. His projects included Houston Center, Memorial Herman Hospital and 22 office buildings in Houston area, 712 Main, Total Gas and Power data center, Burger King and Cambridge Technology Partners.

Prior to joining the REIS team, Adam spent nine (9) years with Hines Interests Limited Partnership as the Regional Operations Manager for its parking management division (WinPark). In 2014, Adam achieved the “CAPP” designation from the International Parking Institute, which is respected worldwide as the leading credential in parking.
